How to Handle Wedding Stress

Weddings are exciting, but they may also be incredibly difficult. The number of decisions you need to make, the pressure to have it right and the expectation that all kinds of things should be perfect can lead to a lot of serious pre-wedding jitters. Add in everyone else’s opinions and expectations into the mix and it may be obvious why a recently available Zola survey revealed that 96 per cent of couples feel anxious about wedding planning.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed simply by all of the minimal tasks that need to be completed before your big day, it is very important to spend some time away from all of it and concentrate on self-care. This can seem like spending time with your partner, working out or browsing a book. Getting a manicure, having or watching Work for the 100th dutch girls time is also great solutions to relax and unwind.

It can be tempting to let your self get embroiled in other people’s thoughts and ideas, but remember that it’s your wedding so you should find do things the right path. If you find yourself getting mad by a particular detail, ask yourself if it can matter in a few years of course, if not, drop it!
